Our designated agent
Designated agent: Designated Agent, Weirding Way Media, 8576 Blackburn Dr, Westland, MI 48185; phone (734) 968-2358; email legal@weirdingwaymedia.com. We may remove material in response to a valid notice.
Counter-notices
If material you posted or supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a lawsuit.
Repeat infringers
We will remove content from, and, in appropriate circumstances, end our relationship with, any person who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
False notices
Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents in a notice or counter-notice that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). This process is only for copyright complaints. For other concerns, write to info@impossiblefunky.com.
